  Im so excited to have this store in downtown summerlin now . I have been in multiple times and every single time all the employees have been welcoming and are beyond helpful. I was a fan of ALO for the longest time and have switched from ALO to Vuori now . ALO also opened up a store literally right next store to Vuori and ALO 's customer service in there store is TERRIBLE. Im DEFINITELY not ever going back to ALO. Vuori has my business going forward .

  This store is absolutely amazing! I am Obsessed with the quality of their clothing, the All the Feels and All the Form leggings are my absolute favorites. The team there is wonderful, too! I am so happy I discovered this brand; I’ve been a huge fan since the day they opened ❤️

  I love Vuori and was introduced to this brand by my daughter who loves the soft comfy fabric they use. It is the ultimate athleisure and I'm so happy with all of my pants and tops I can wear anywhere! I highly recommend shopping here!

  Convenient location. You could tell some of the staff were understandably worn down from the post holiday rush, but ‘Alani’ really stood out. She was very nice, super helpful, and went above and beyond to help me place an online order when my size wasn’t available in-store. I really appreciated her help!

  I came into this store around 2:50 PM, Sunday, ready to spend money the only reason I stopped in and walked out without buying a thing. Here’s why: When I entered, there was no greeting. I passed two females standing at the front registers doing nothing, and a third associate roaming the racks. No “hello,” no acknowledgment, nothing. I noticed the roaming associate did greet other customers, but ignored me entirely. They were not busy at all. I could see plenty of downtime. With that kind of foot traffic, there’s zero excuse for being ignored. The vibe was sloppy. The associates looked uninterested and unprofessional, not at all what I expect from the brand. I’ve shopped at multiple stores of this brand in California and never had an experience like this. They lost me as a customer for this location. I love the brand and its apparel, but this location failed on basic customer service. I will not be returning here. If you’re looking for the brand experience, you might want to consider one of the California locations instead.
